Dental Treatment Guarantee
Because of the high quality of our dental work, we offer you an extensive guarantee with confidence in the high standard of our workmanship and in the quality of the materials used.
The guarantee is provided by the dental clinic abroad. In order to claim remedial work under the terms of the guarantee, you must contact us directly, before taking any other action. We will arrange the remedial work for you.
Guarantee period for dental treatments:
- Tooth fillings 2 years
- Crowns/ bridges 5 years
- Veneers 2 years
- Dentures 2 years
- Implants (only the product) 10 years or on premium implants life-time guarantee
The patient must take care of his/her teeth properly, and always follow the hygiene instructions of the dentist.
Annual Dental Check-Ups (at your dentist abroad or a local dentist) In order to validate your guarantee, it is obligatory to have routine maintenance treatments at least every 6 month during the guarantee period. This can be done at our dental clinic, or at your local dentist. In the latter case, an x-ray image and written proof (invoice/letter from your local dentist) that annual check-ups have been carried out will be required.
The patient must use the tooth replacement properly; it must be exposed only to physiological chewing forces, which do not lead to excessive strain on the tooth replacement.
The tooth replacement must not be exposed to any trauma or bone and gum diseases.
All invoices must be settled.
The guarantee does not include:
Endodontic (root canal) treatment due to the unpredictable process of healing
Temporary works – fillings, veneers, crowns, bridges, temporary acrylic dentures after extraction of the teeth
The guarantee will be reduced or voided in case of the following:
If the patient fails to have routine maintenance treatments at least once a year.
If the tooth replacement is not cleaned properly, the patient does not take care of his/her teeth.
Improper use of the tooth replacement, extreme forces greater than the physiological chewing force which lead to excessive strain on the tooth replacement.
Problems deriving from poor nutrition and other bad habits.
Disease of the chewing apparatus due to systemic, infectious and tumorous diseases, or due to the treatment of these.
Consequences of accidents and emergency treatments performed after accidents.
If oral hygiene is neglected.
The tooth replacement is repaired by someone other than our dentist or dental technician.
If the patient suffers from bruxism (teeth grinding)
